What you'll do:
- Engage with internet customers and our current customer base through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing long-term communications with our customers.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and chat inquiries using phone, email, texts, scripts, and templates.
- Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
- Utilization of CRM and other Software Systems
